Kelsey Harrison is a 500HR E-RYT, and is a forever student. She is currently undergoing a 1000HR advanced yoga therapeutics training studying under Caroline Wybar. She fell in love with yoga in 2013 and began teaching in 2018 and has since committed her life and purpose to spreading yoga and sharing the life changing impact it can have. Kelsey is the Founder of Get Wild Retreats - Yoga and Adventure Retreats. She leads retreats domestically and internationally (20+), has led 10+ teacher trainings, taught over 3000 classes, and devotes her time and energy to creating programs that create a massive change in others lives. She is also the co-founder of LiveWildFest - A Health and Wellness Festival located in Charleston, SC. Outside of yoga, Kelsey is an avid backpacker, hiker, mountaineer, and adventure lover. She is a mom to a toddler, and her son is a large part of her drive. She works to model a life that is inspiring and impactful for her son, while encouraging him to be curious about everything and to create a life he loves.
