Hurricane Isaias is forecast to come ashore near the Florida panhandle, but it is pulling heavy rain onto the South Carolina coast from Oct. 9 through Oct. 11, with isolated totals up to 10 inches on top of king tides peaking near 7.7 feet in Charleston Harbor. The Charleston Farmers Market at Marion Square is canceled for Saturday.
