Blair Hines Gearhart of Oswald Cooke and Associates represented the tenant and Ashley Jackrel of Avison Young represented the sublessor. In West Ashley, Charleston Dance Studio leased 2,100 square feet at 1861 Ashley River Road, with Walter Reid of Harbor Commercial Partners on the deal. North Charleston industrial kept humming: 14,000 square feet at 7420-7421 Industry Drive, 8,000 square feet at 3820 Industry Drive to Coastal Artificial Turf Warehouse, and 1,800 plus 3,600 square feet at 7123 Cross Country Road, one unit to Palmetto Epoxy Floors. Resale fashion, a dance studio, a turf supplier, an epoxy floor company. All of them now have rent to cover.
