Bay Street Biergarten has confirmed its second location: 3955 and 3961 West Ashley Circle, off Bees Ferry Road near The Wedge, opening in spring 2027. It will be the larger of the two, with more outdoor space and more televisions than the 7,500 square foot original at 549 East Bay Street, which has a dog-friendly patio and 15 flat screens.
Chief marketing officer Laura Patrick says the same menu, live music and trivia nights are coming along. The German and Southern influenced restaurant has been open since 2013. The mixed-use development holding the new space tops 15,000 square feet across five commercial bays. Seating counts were not released.
Four more bays in that building means four more neighbors who will all want West Ashley households to know their names by spring. That is a shared mailer waiting to happen.
