Bay Street Biergarten will open a second location at 3955-3961 W Ashley Circle, targeting spring 2027. Partner Greg Pierdon confirmed the plan. The West Ashley build will have elevated seating in the dining area, a large indoor bar and a covered patio with outdoor seating, and the menu will mirror the original at 549 East Bay Street downtown.

West Ashley Circle has been filling in steadily, and a known local name signing on says something about how the developers read the foot traffic there. For any owner with an eighteen-month runway like this one, the runway itself is the asset. The businesses that open strongest are the ones whose neighbors already knew the name on day one, and the cheapest time to build that is before the rent starts.
