TMGOC Ventures, the Charleston-based hotel investment and development firm behind Moxy Charleston Downtown, has rebranded as Montford Group. Co-founder and managing partner Sunju Patel says ownership, leadership, investment strategy and portfolio are unchanged. The company reports about $1.5 billion in existing investments and development pipeline, and it has two proposed hotels on the upper peninsula.
