Developer SL Shaw has started construction on about 15,000 square feet of commercial space across 3955 and 3961 West Ashley Circle, at Bees Ferry Road and Glenn McConnell Parkway. Four of the five spaces have tenants lined up: a second Bay Street Biergarten, San Miguel Mexican Grill & Bar, River Landing Dentistry and a golf simulator group.
Why this matters here
This is new small-bay retail space at one of West Ashley's busiest intersections, and at least one space is not yet committed. Owners thinking about a second location should be talking to brokers during the shell phase, not after the building opens.
