J. Crew Factory is headed to Azalea Square in Summerville. The address is 214 Azalea Square Blvd., and the shopping center's website lists the store as coming soon. No opening date has been announced.
Azalea Square runs about 270,000 square feet. Tenants include TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Palmetto Moon, World Market, PetSmart, Rack Room Shoes, Bath and Body Works and Best Buy, with Target and Kohl's under separate ownership. The center was built in 2003 and sold in 2023 to Pine Tree of Northbrook, Illinois, and Blue Coast Capital of London for $59.7 million.
J. Crew Factory is the discount arm of J. Crew Group. Two other area stores are at Tanger Outlets and Bowman Place.
Summerville keeps adding reasons to stay in Summerville. A shared mailer to households near the center is a cheap way to be the stop shoppers make after.
