SNOB runs a guest bartender series every Saturday in October

SNOB has launched Bar Wars, a guest bartender series running Saturdays through October from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bartenders come from across Hall Management Group. On Oct. 10 it is Nolan Crussen of High Cotton. On Oct. 17, Joey Radin of Halls Chophouse Charleston. On Oct. 24, Kolton Miller of Rita's Seaside Grille. On Oct. 31, Spencer Graham of Halls Chophouse Nexton. Each guest bartender pours drink specials alongside SNOB's regular lunch menu. Prices were not published. That is five restaurants in one group lending each other four Saturdays of attention, with no build-out and no new menu. The whole cost is four dates and a little coordination, which is a good reminder of how far a shared calendar goes..
