The S.C. Research Authority sold its former office at 315 Sigma Drive in Summerville for $27 million, closing Sept. 30. The buyer is Advanced Technology International, SCRA's former government-contracting arm and the building's only remaining tenant. A second Nexton office building also changed hands.
