Mimi's, a craft soft-serve concept from Jennifer Rinella and Michael Sivel, debuts Oct. 23 from a food truck at Blackwells Outpost on Yeamans Hall Road in Hanahan. Chef Jalen Reeves shares the truck with Untitled Pizza Co., his first brick-and-mortar. The open-air space previews Blackwells Corner, a roughly 40,000-square-foot center on the former Blackwell Hardware site.
